According to Google, you will be able to see this integrated view of Gmail from the second quarter of 2022. That is, from June this year, Gmail can be used in this new interface.
Search engine Google also published a blog about this development of Google Workspace. It said that from February 8, users will be able to check this integrated view of G-Mail.
In the new layout, users will be given the option to switch to the four buttons of email, chat, space and meet. Before that, the combined layout of Gmail, Chat and Meet is no longer there.
From now on, users will be able to see any one of the four buttons at a time in a slightly larger size. At the same time, there will be the support of the notification bubble again. Through which users can also stay up-to-date about other tabs that Google recommends.
According to Google, those who update the new layout of Gmail will be able to view the same list and label options of the e-mail from February 2. But those who can’t do it right now. There is an opportunity for them until April.
Until this look rollout is done in the second quarter of 2022, users will be given a chance to return from the new layout to the old layout, Google said.
This upcoming update of Gmail can be used by business starters, business standard, business plus, enterprise essentials, enterprise plus, enterprise plus, education fundamentals, education plus, frontline, nonprofit, zee suit basic and business customers and those who are not customers of google workspace essentials.
Google announced this change of workspace in 2021. One of the features was that a user has the facility of one on one calling with others, which will not require a Google Meet link.
